Freezers in the tropics

David,

We noticed our freezer (Novakool) had challenges south of 15 degrees.  We
made the mistake of filling the freezer too full and crowding things on the
sides.  Once we learned to lightly load the freezer and keep things in the
middle, so air could circulate around them, it got much better.  It's
possible there is nothing at all wrong with your freezer and this is just
life in the tropics.
