Total:                    155          9337          9356

Observation start time: 07:00:00
Observation end  time: 16:00:00
Total observation time: 9 hours

Official Counter:        Chris Burris

Observers:        Dave Brown, Harold V., Mac McAlpine, Matt Oswald

Visitors:
Thanks to Dave B., Mac M., Matt O., Harold V., and several visitors who
assisted with spotting.

Weather:
Mostly sunny with some cumulus building north of the cliff. Temps 15C-23C.
Wind began weak WNW, shifting to moderate SW by end of period.

Raptor Observations:
A modest flight, but not bad considering the wind direction. We had a
trickle of Broad-wings and a second "wrong-way" Peregrine that was visibly
smaller than the young female we observed stooping out of sight below the
cliff as it moved west. Presumably local Bald Eagles were frequently
observed cliffside, often in small groups.

eBird list here: https://ebird.org/checklist/S275666594

Non-raptor Observations:
40 species total. Highlights included 8 Chimney Swifts in one flock and a
croaking Common Raven along the cliff.

Predictions:
SW winds are forecast, increasing in strength throughout the day -- which
might perhaps allow for more Peregrines and other cliff-riders.
