We stayed at the Marina at Factory Bay. It's a marina for the condo
development that didn't sell out so they've opened it to transients. It's very
close in and out to the waterway, has the cleanest shore facilities we've ever
seen, free laundry. Curtis will drive you to the grocery store and also come
back to pick you up. We did tip him before we left. They are trying VERY hard
to please the transients. Ask for the Boat US discount as seen in the Waterway
Guide ad.
Great stop. I'm not sure any other marina is closer to the grocery store, it
didn't seem so.

What no cruising guide?
Memory fails me on cost. Call 239-389-2929 I think they were as cheap or
cheaper than any other marina there. I felt for the quality of the facilities
it was a good buy. Mention the add in the Southern Waterway Guide that shows
10% off for Boat US
If you need to go cheap you can anchor out just across from the marina.
