One of the City's that I represent is desiring to purchase

Hello All, One of the City's that I represent is desiring to purchase some commercial real property. The City is wanting a complete environmental assessment of the property prior to closing and if there are any issues a remediation clause to be included in the Real Estate Purchase Contract.
