Hi, OCLC made and update to all WorldShare ILL accounts, with the most visible update being changes to print functionality. This affects USL more than it does Member Library accounts as we are a lender and Member Libraries are not, but I'll make updates to the Member Library User Guide and send them out on the listserv when it is ready. And if there are any questions about ILL, or you have any updates to your library's ILL account, please don't hesitate to contact me.
