Hi

The Brown Pelican continues to be seen in Fort Erie. It spends most of its
time resting on buoys on the U.S. side This morning it
crossed into Canadian waters twice between 8:25 and 9:00 am.

A navigation chart can be found on the noaa web site. The chart number is
14832. It shows the Canada/U.S. border and the buoys.

Observed from the Niagara Parkway close to the end of Bowen Toad. There is
a pull off on the river side.
