Dear IMLA Colleagues: IMLA will be hosting a call on Wednesday October 2, 2024 at 2PM Eastern to introduce to you to Michael Myers, Assistant Attorney General of the State of New York and Bethany Davis Noll, Executive Director of the State Energy & Environmental Impact Center, a nonpartisan academic initiative at the NYU School of Law (State Impact Center). They will share their work among the states in building and supporting coalitions and their interest in collaborating with local governments in environmental matters. The purpose of the call is to discuss avenues for potential collaboration and/or information sharing, where useful and relevant.
