Hello,

I can confirm that the automated installer does fail out when trying to install on an Ubuntu 16.04 client.

You MUST use Ubuntu 18.04 Linux, either Desktop or Server, with all repositories enabled and updated BEFORE attempting to install.

Also, please do be sure to have a static IPv4 address set on the target client system before you begin installation.

Hi,

I've been happy running an old version of CollectionSpace the past years, but am gearing up to run the latest version. I have a brand new image with Linode to practice on. It's Ubuntu 16.04 and I am getting this error from puppet while running the installation 5.1 script from

https://raw.githubusercontent.com/cspace-puppet/cspace_puppet_bootstrap/v5.1-branch/scripts/bootstrap-cspace-modules.sh

with
"sudo ./bootstrap-cspace-modules.sh -y"

Can you point me in the direction of a solution? I'm not sure. Thanks, Willi Wolf
