I am keen to start contributing to the Smalltalk Community. Where can
I find bug
reports/submit patches?
Also, I am a beginner at Smalltalk but am willing to learn. How can I start
contributing?

welcome in the community, Which version of Smalltalk are you using?
Pharo, Squeak, Visual Works, GNU Smalltalk...? Depending on the
answer, contributing will be very different.

If you want to learn Smalltalk, I advise you to have a look at
