Greater White-fronted Goose.  Also some interesting hybrid geese
combinations.

10/15/13 - Waterford. Harkness Memorial State Park -- 1 male Common
Eider.

10/15/13 - Norwalk, Allen Rd -- WINTER WREN singing behind the senior
center.

10/15/13 - West Hartford yard -- juvenile YELLOW-BELLIEDSAPSUCKER.

10/14/13 - Stratford, Long Beach Blvd -- CLAY-COLORED SPARROW with a
few Songs and White-throats feeding on lawn by culvert on left just
past RR tracks.

10/14/13 - Stratford, Long Beach Blvd -- 5:30 PM; Clay-colored Sparrow
relocated beside the railroad tracks near where Frank Mantlik reported
it earlier.
Vernon, Belding WMA -- in this field and the field across Bread and
Milk Road were a pair of Lincoln's sparrows. Excellent habitat there.

all day long.

pre-dawn), 15 AMERICAN PIPIT, VESPER SPARROW, 3 WHITE-CROWNED SPARROW
and 3 BOBOLINK.

10/13/13 - Glastonbury, Glastonbury Meadows -- birding a different
section from the Big Sit;  SORA, 2 WILSON'S SNIPE, 4 MARSH WREN,
CLAY-COLORED SPARROW, 3 LINCOLN'S SPARROW and 2 DICKCISSEL (male and
1st winter).

10/13/13 - New Haven, Lighthouse Point Park -- "Big Sit" 49 species; 4
Rusty Blackbirds.
