Colleagues,

Here is the agenda for our meeting on Wednesday morning, 10-11:30. I'd like us to start with the report from the strategic planning task force and plans for 2018 (agenda items 3 and 4).

Carol, do you want to distribute the current version of the task force's document in advance of the meeting?

Jeff, it would be great if you could join us for the firs part of the meeting while we are discussing strategic plans.

Carol, do you want to invite any of the non-Board task force members to join us for that part of the meeting?

I'm also attaching the draft minutes from January for your review.

Let me know if there are other items that should be added to the agenda. Thanks, all!
