If your org hasn't signed on to this letter, please consider doing so.
It's a simple piece of legislation that would simply ask DOL to do a study
on educational and economic outcomes for foreign trained professionals
entering the US.
Thanks!

Hello Immigration & Federal Skills Policy workgroup,

Our colleague Fatima Sanz mentioned at this week's meeting that WES is just
7 organizations away from having 200 organizations sign on in support of
the Bridging the Gap for New Americans Act! This is a huge deal -- it's
great to see such widespread support.

Can you share this sign-on with your networks, if you haven't already?
Supporting this small, very non-controversial legislation (which would
simply ask the US Dept of Labor to conduct a study to understand barriers
and opportunities facing immigrants with degrees earned abroad) is
hopefully an easy ask!
