The weekend includes: - Friday, December 6: Packet Pickup and possible group dinner or visit Schellville Christmas Village (which is FREE but you need to register for tickets starting sometime in the next 1-2 months... https://schellbrothers.com/promotions/schellville/). Plus possible evening gathering at Purple Parrot (or equivalent). - Saturday, December 7: Before the race get a group Gator Chomp photo in front of the Rehoboth Bandstand and Christmas Tree or on the boardwalk at Santa's House overlooking the beach! Then it's time to race the half marathon or marathon on one of the flattest courses around that includes some boardwalk time! Then it's time to celebrate with the post-race party followed by the Santa Bar Crawl (https://rbsantabarcrawl.com/) that begins with a massive group photo at 1pm and goes throughout the afternoon and early evening (and might conclude with another stop at the Purple Parrot). And this year we are getting T-shirts! - Sunday, December 8: It's RefrigaGator Swim Sunday! We start by meeting at the Purple Parrot for brunch as the doors open at 9am. Following an enjoyable meal and "warm me up" beverage, it's time for the main event! We head to the beach under the direction of Jeffrey Stango to complete our shortest event of the year by charging into the Atlantic Ocean for at least some chilly knees or go all the way for a full immersion! The approximately 37 seconds in the water are preceded and followed by many photos and pre/post event interviews that ultimately end up in a Stango Productions film masterpiece! Then it's time to go home and think about doing it again next year! Who's in?
