Check out the North East River Yacht Club. www.NERYC.com Not sure what you have in mind for facilities but they have brand new flooting docks, power, water, resturant, showers, pump out and are fairly close to town for groceries and laundry. While it might be about an hour off the route, it is quite, friendly and peaceful. Rather than go all the way up the North East River (off the head of the Chesapeake Bay at Turkey Point) you might as well go up the Sassafras River to the Sassafras Harbor Marina at Georgetown, MD. We have a great marine store, a deli restaurant with a 5 star chef, 5 floating docks, the Granary Restaurant within walking distance and Ottwells Grocery store which will come and get you to do your grocery shopping.
