Thank you Christina and all the new birders who were invited and joined us. Thank you Frank Gallo and Patrick Dugan for leading this cruise in eastern Long Island Sound. The Classic Lighthouse Cruise on the Cecelia Ann is usually a great experience, although last saturday it was terminated and this saturday it was truncated due to weather, so we did not get to cross The Race (and pass the nearby Gull Islands) where oceanic birds are more likely. Nevertheless it was a very pleasant experience, cruising those beautiful waters on a cool windy day.
