Yep.

It sounds like most others are using something closer to the sinks,
primarily for drinking. Yours would filter all the water.  What brand and
size are you using?  How often are you changing filters?  Cost of filters?

I use a Campbell 1PS heavy duty filter, it uses a 9" cartridge. I use a
1C9 T&O cartridge. The bowl is clear, easy to see if it's dirty. Yes, it
filters all the water. As long as the chlorine stays at a reasonable
level, it should last about 9 months. I use one cartridge all season,
since we're not full-time (yet!). Even at full time, the cartridge
should last a min of 6 mo. The cartridges are about $14 ea. The filter
unit is about $35. I mounted mine from an overhead bracket, connected
with stainless braid washer hoses. Easy install.
