Great looks at red necked grebes in abundance at Colonel Samuel Smith Park in Etobicoke.
Directions: south on Colonel Samuel Smith Drive (turns into Kipling)_ off Lakeshore Blvd. Park by the lake - grebes are all along Lake Ontario as you walk west along the shore.
