Job Summary
This is a term position funded through October 8, 2027 with the possibility of extension
This position is based at the Atlanta University Center Robert W. Woodruff Library in Atlanta, GA.
The Harvard Library seeks a highly motivated, exceptionally organized, and technically savvy individual to provide a wide range of administrative coordination, duties, projects, event and meetings coordination and management, and other support as needed. Reporting to the Program Director, the Program Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the HBCU Digital Library Trust project - a special initiative to increase creation of, and access to digital collections from Historically Black Colleges and Universities. The Coordinator is responsible for the project's day-to-day administrative operations, including a wide variety of complex administrative coordination and projects, financial tracking, events and meetings coordination, and other support as needed. Under the guidance of the Program Director, the Coordinator facilitates communication with governing bodies and stakeholders and contributes to the success of the project by accomplishing other duties as required.
