Port Authority would neither confirm nor deny the shooting of the owls. They have until the end of today to report the shooting to the federal authorities. It will be interesting to hear how many owls were killed. There was great footage of Norm Smith, I think filmed by Shawn Carey, discussing how he relocates snowies at Logan.
