Eric, Good point, I neglected to complete that thought. The deck and all external structure have been painted, in the deck areas with awgrip which looks good to my eye. No wood will be added to exterior surfaces. Seller is -> the original owner and ordered it new for -charter work. It never did have -> teak in the saloon or down galley (marine -wallpaper).
