Good morning!
Does anyone have recent experience with DEQ enforcement as it relates to an event resulting in fish kill? From what I hear, they have been hitting municipalities really hard lately and I was hoping to see how they have been enforcing this against other municipalities and what the process was like.
Would love to chat with any of you that have recently dealt with DEQ on the enforcement side.
