Can any list member suggest a site, with no charge, where I could try to sell a collection of chart books covering the great lakes and connecting waters. The great loop site wants $30 for a one month listing so that is my last option. Richard P.

You must be referring to the AGLCA site, not the Great Loop list; the GL list is free but like T&T does not permit advertising. There is a Buy Sell Trade List which permits advertising and is free.
