6/21,6AM-Westport,Grace Salmon Park-1 female Long-tailed duck,having a rest on the "island" looking off the park to the left of the church.She was easy to miss with bins as she blended in quite well to the rocks and mud with an outgoing tide.But,she stood out easily as I carefully scanned with my scope.I was unable to find her yesterday,despite two attempts at different times of day.Thanks to Frank Mantlik for spotting her.
