Mine is bolted top and bottom to the cabinet using steel "L"s. When underway,
the door is kept closed with a brass barrel lock from Home Depot. I've seen
others use screen door hooks.

Food moves around inside underway but no more than any marine fridge. Still,
it is best to keep it well packed to stop movement and to prevent cold loss
when the door is opened.

All fridges benefit from good ventilation. If you are mounting in a cabinet,
install a 'muffin' fan behind it to help with heat removal.

Do not buy the type where the condensing unit cools through the cabinet,
get the type that has a fan forced air condenser coil and you won't need
any other fans.
For any fridge as you use up the product in the fridge and freezer fill the
empty area with balloons and closed tupperware to make more of the cold air
chill the product instead of running around an empty box..............
