THIS WEEK IN TRI CLUB (JUNE 13-19)!
From now through the end of the month we have the luxury of 15+ hours of
daylight! Let's take advantage of it and get outside for some workouts.
This week begins with us moving our Monday and Wednesday evening workouts
to the outdoor pool complex (and the bonus 25m length of the outdoor lap
lanes)! And there is also the opportunity on Monday night for many of you
to attend one of the swim workouts with IRONMAN Eagleman podium finisher
Andy Potts! And next weekend offers the "Roll, Stroll, & Roll ride" and
we're also considering another Blue Marsh OWS and/or cycling event (stay
tuned!).
In addition to the plethora of scheduled club workouts, our club sponsors
French Creek Racing and Mid-Atlantic Multisport offer many opportunities
for outdoor swimming including both OWS and pool. For more information...

Note that our evening swim workouts are back to a 7pm start time and a
prompt 8pm end time (since that is when the outdoor pools close)...

• Monday 6/13, 7pm-8pm, Spring Valley YMCA OUTDOOR Lap Pool (4 lanes): Swim
workout coached by Don Schlichtmann
• Monday 6/13, 6:30pm-7:15pm and 7:30pm-8:15pm: Open Water Swim Skills

• Tuesday 6/14, 6:30pm-8pm, Reynold's Dog Park/SRT: Cycling Workout -
Intervals coached by Logan Washburn. Please plan to arrive early enough to
be ready for a prompt 6:30pm departure; if you arrive late you can meet us
at our intervals location between the SRT's Pawlings Rd. trailhead and the
Betzwood Trailhead.
