hope this email finds you well.

On August 13th and 14th, USA Rugby is hosting the Club 7's National
Championship tournament at Dick Sporting Goods Park. Due to the sheer
magnitude and caliber of play at this event, the USA Rugby Referee
department is looking to assign full teams of 5 match officials to referee,
2 assistant referees and 2 In-goal judges for 96 matches (64 on Sat, 32 on
Sun) We are asking the Rocky Mountain Rugby Referees for their support,
however, since Saturday is such a long day, 12 hours, and they do not have
the numbers to support that many games.

To compensate any players willing to participate. USA Rugby will pay 50.00
cash and give a 2016 USA Rugby BLK referee jersey, and your pass on
Saturday will let you in to spectate on Sunday.

This is where Club Rugby in Colorado and USA Rugby can make a huge
difference!

We would like to offer free education and training to your players.
Wednesday. August 10th 6pm-9pm in Denver. This opportunity will have
multiple benefits;
For players, it will open a pathway to learning about the game and become
more knowledgeable from an official's perspective. It will also create a
pathway to earn a little money for players (currently RMRR pays 25 dollars
to any certified AR to just show up unscheduled and run the line in any
match that is on the RMRR schedule).
For coaches, it will offer more knowledgeable players.
For the referee society, there is an opportunity to grow their numbers of
referees.
For your club, you will have certified Touch Judges and Assitant Referees,
who can help the assigned referees on you home games with managing Foul
Play and other areas of the game.
