This is in the face of a coordinated NATO maritime patrol.

BTW, the French only got back $200,000 of the $2,000,000 ransom paid. Further,
only 2 of the actual hijackers were captured. The driver of a car and a guard
from the yacht were also captured. Three other "hijackers" may have been
killed when helicopter gunfire halted a car carrying some of the "hijackers."

A cargo vessel was hijacked while carrying food and cars from the Middle East
to a Somalia port. Amazingly, a "Somalia Army" force assaulted the vessel
wounding 3 pirates and retaking the ship and the remaining 9 pirates. Where
did these highly proficient troops come from? Well, how many black and Latino
SOF troops are in Djibouti? That's the likely answer.
