Just a word of possible warning:
nip < Reviews sounded OK when applied to weathered surfaces
(those that are close to needing refinishing) as an alternative to an
expensive paint job >
I suspect Poli-Glow or similar products make their magic with silicone. If
so, they will also make eventual re-finishing much more difficult, since
the new paint will not "take" unless the silicone is completely removed.
However, it's very difficult to remove silicon contamination, and its
residues leave what is known in the trade as "fish-eyes" - appropriately
for boaters - in the new finish.
Check the label if re-painting is in your plans.
Cheers, Garrett

Its probably an Acrylic-----Try Johnsons Future Floor Wax, its a liquid,
goes on easy, works great lasts about a year in Florida, comes off easy
with Ammonia and is very inexpensive. Then take your shiny new looking boat
for a ride. This may be very similar to Poly-Glo or Nu-Glass.
