This is being given by a seventh degree blackbelt. Senior Master Von Schmeling has schools though out the United States. The schools are part of the American Taekwondo Association. NO EXPERIENCE is necessary. The class will last for about an hour to hour and a half. It will cover basic self-defense. Just wear workout clothes. Anyone over 16 years old can attend for free.
