I am from Tenet Technetronics  , one of our customer has purchased USRP
X410,
working on 16GHz , what type of upconverters are compatible with X410?

An upconverter won't care much what type of device is providing its IF
signal.   The X410 produces a maximum
  output power < 20dBm, so any upconverter used would need to be able
to produce rated output from a
  < 20dBm IF signal.
