Does PJSIP support TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2?

Hi,

Does specifying PJSIP_TLSV1_METHOD mean it supports any TLS 1.x version? Or only TLS 1.0?
This is assuming that we've got a version of openssl which supports TLS 1.1/1.2 of course (i.e. 1.0.1c).
