Hi to all. I am currently in Cartagena Colombia and have been enjoying this
wonderful city for the past 4 months. It is a must stop for anyone in the
area. It is now time to move on though and I'm getting Jenny ready for a
650 nm passage from here to Boca in the Dominican Republic. I plan to coast
hop up to the northern point in Colombia (Puerto Bolivar) and wait there for
a weather window. It should be about 2.5 days from there to Boca Chica.
I'll copy this list on my logs as I go. For anyone interested in a pretty
typical long passage, I am looking for some crew. It will include coastal
day hops, nice anchorages, typical weather waits and challenges, and a 400
mile open water passage. You can find out more about Jenny at
