I have a hack patch in my copy of the TBolt driver for ntpd.

01-25T16:16:07 ntpd[7559]: TBolt 1 Other: -1.3696e-05 1.24345e-14
01-26T18:18:38 ntpd[7559]: TBolt 1 Other: -2.79397e-09 -8.88178e-16

Times are local, PST, 8 hours west of UTC.

It's supposed to print them out any time they change. The data comes from
packet type 0x58, subtype 5. I haven't checked to see when those get sent.
