Last night I posted to Google Play a free Android app for the marine community. There are no ads, and no data is collected. The app makes it easy to download the LNM to your phone, tablet, etc. and then display it using your favorite PDF viewer. As far as I can tell, this is the first Android app that provides this functionality. Frankly, I built this for my own use, but it would be silly to not allow it out into the internet. Enjoy.
