Birds were singing so much it was crazy. Lots of BT Green, BT Blue, B&W, Yellow-Rumped, northern parula. Others: blue-headed vireo, red-eyed vireo, scarlet tanager, rose-breasted grosbeak, ovenbird, hermit thrush, wood thrush, blue wing warbler, redstart and others. Drove up to near the top of East Rock park to a small gravel parking lot before you get to the top. The White Trail (a closed off road), walking down the road beyond the power line clearing.
