USCG flags now show "small craft advisory" at the Atlantic City station. NW winds 15-20 knots forecast for Saturday, with a rising tide beginning around 9am, so our thought is to cast off and head for Cape May at that time.
In the inlet there is a structure held by 4 steel pilings. The tug Ron G heads out to it sometimes. I asked a crew member what it's all about and he said they're dredging to lay cable three miles out in the ocean for wind turbines. Didn't say how many or when they'd be erected. There are at least three running right now on shore in AC.
Farley Marina's rates are currently $3/ft, by the way, plus electric.

Hello, We've had to postpone bringing "Over Easy" north from MD, previously
planned for this weekend due to angry seas off NJ.Hopefully we'll get a
weather window next week sometime. I don't want to be in 6-9ft seas with 20
knot N winds.The project continues.
Be safe,Marc and Andree"Over Easy"
