Madison, Hammonasset Beach SP, 9:10am - 1 SNOWY OWL at the west end perched on top of the back side if the 2nd pavilion on the left after the Swan pond. Also 1 LAPLAND LONGSPUR in the frozen partially flooded nature center parking lot with 40 Horned Larks.
Also a few Common Mergs that I don't usually see here that must be fleeing the iced up lakes and rivers.
Bird.
Eat.
Sleep.
Repeat.

Snowy is still on the second pavilion at West Beach Hammonasset at 2:16. Easy to see with bins.
