Hi Ray: That syndrome (which we experience every spring) is almost surely fuel varnish obstruction someplace. I know you have stated that you cleaned everything but I would replace the jets (if they are replaceable) and double check the carb (clean with real carb cleaner) and look onto every orifice <G>.
