While aboard a friend's vessel headed up the Tenn-Tom last week, we moored in the marina at Columbus, MS. I happened to note a fine looking 65-foot Chris Craft with a Chicago home port. The boat was 1965 vintage all wood and was perfect and gleaming in every single detail - I mean EVERY detail down to the last gold leaf swirl in her name on the transom. After I headed back home from Columbus, the captain running the vessel invited my friend aboard. He reports it is every bit as perfect inside as it is outside.
