I agree with Judy, it looks great! My one suggestion to be implemented in the future once you have the process down, is to create a table of contents at the top of the newsletter. Something like “In this issue” with links to the section of the newsletter. That way everyone can see what’s in the newsletter as soon as they open the email, without having to scroll through it.

Thanks, Todd -- great suggestion, and thanks for the link to the article. There are some other design aspects that I'll be adjusting as well in future, but on the whole I'm happy with the way Constant Contact makes us look good. :)
