FYI, Sprint's 4G offering is based on Wi-Max and Verizon's will be
based on LTE. FWIW, Wi-Max will likely die as a viable technology in the US
before being fully deployed. Unfortunately for Sprint, this will be second
failed attempt at being a market leader. For those of us that remeber Sprint
Spectrum, it too died rather quickly.
If I was making a choice today I'd pick
EVDO Rev A and wait for LTE.
