This webinar will cover topics including the distinction between service animals, therapy animals, emotional support animals, and pets; which animals must be allowed; what the requirements are for the different categories of animals; courses of action that are recommended versus mandatory; and how to mitigate between the ADA's requirements and the concerns for other individuals in the office (e.g. allergies, distractions, phobias).
