I'll second that on mobile Weather Wunderground. It works on many modern "plain" phones too. I bookmark both the land and marine forecasts for the various points along the route. Loads quickly. Best solution we've found for this purpose. I am in the cellular business, but have no commercial ties to these guys. Just type in a town name and it gives you all of the data.
