Good morning everyone, Just wanted to let you know that Judy Mortrude from CLASP, who serves as the chair of our policy committee, has agreed to serve on our board to fill one of our vacancies. According to our bylaws, vacancies due to resignations may be filled at any time by the board. As you know, we left one of our vacancies open so she could determine whether she could officially serve on the board after making her move here to DC and settling in. We’ll need to ratify this at our our meeting in May. Heather is working on getting our remaining board election/appointment tasks completed.
