TWL: Roll and brush

I tried the roll and brush and was not happy with the result. I bought the
most expensive roller the paint store had to offer and it left a fine fuss
behind. I sanded and used just a brush and 15 to 20 % Penatrol in the paint
and was quite happy with the finished job.
