I want to separate source code of pjproject into two parts. one for sip
signal communication and other for rtp media session. I need this two parts
work independently.

Could you pl. add more information about the context where you are trying
to separate them?

Filters with appropriate port numbers will do the job with a sniffer tool,
however, you need to know the port numbers of RTP traffic that are
dynamically negotiated by SIP signaling.

You may need to write some C code or Scripting code to achieve this.
