Dear Colleagues, I am attaching a list of proposed revisions to the NCL bylaws, and an annotated copy of the bylaws themselves. We'll discuss these at our board meeting on Wednesday. I'm also attaching the articles of incorporation for your reference. Tom, I may have lost some of your notes on the bylaws -- let me know if there's something I need to add into the balloon comments. I'll be sending the meeting agenda shortly. My apologies for the delay in getting these materials to you.
