I see these Trimble mini-T Timing GPSDO bare boards now on Ebay for $69.

The last msg on the list server was back in 2007 noting the lack of
information on the datasheet.  Has anyone evaluated their performance, e.g.,
compared to the Thunderbolts?

Jerry,

Comparing the datasheet of the Mini-T to the Thunderbolt-E, they appear to
have identical performance:

http://beefchicken.com/dump/Mini-T.pdf

I imagine that like a lot of Trimble products, they're just a re-packaging
of the same components for different target markets.

It appears to be based on the same guts as the UCCM and the Resolution-T
(although the Resolution-T does not include an OCXO)... A TMS320 DSP, a
Trimble Colossus RF front end and a Xilinx FPGA that presumably handles the
oscillator disciplining (given that the FPGA does not appear on the
Resolution-T)

Hi

The biggest gotcha with the various interactions of Trimble GPSDO’s is what you can or can’t fiddle
from the command line. The original TBolt is still king in this regard. The ability to optimize the control
loop with LH is what makes them stand out.
