This past Saturday 3/16 we officially crossed over the "more daylight than
nighttime" threshold and there's no looking back for the next 6 months! By
the end of March we'll be barreling our way to 13 hours of daylight... Let
the outdoor riding season begin!
At this point we are planning to continue our Tuesday evening spin workouts
and Thursday night Zwift Team Time Trial races through the end of March,
but it's always possible that we may have a short notice change and move
outdoors, so watch for notifications from our coaching staff if we make any
changes.
Starting in April we'll transition to outdoor rides on Tuesday evenings
(SRT intervals) and Thursday evenings (SRT out and back rides) with 6pm
starts (6:30pm starting in May) plus occasional weekend uncoached rides of
various lengths and difficulty levels including some course preview rides.
So stay tuned!
Special Spin Workout: One of our most energetic and well attended workout
options is when we have the youth Gators join our Tuesday night spin
workout. That will be the case this Tuesday night (note that this will NOT
be changed to an outdoor ride). If you are the parent of a youth Gator and
your child is available to participate, please indicate "Going" on Cindy

This serves as your weekly list of our club workouts and, for the 26 weeks
of fall and winter, your opportunity to post any completed Gator Fitness
Challenge weekly challenges including the SBR Challenge (i.e. complete at
least 45 minutes of swimming AND cycling/spinning AND running) and the SCF
Challenge (at least 45 minutes total of combined strength, core, and/or
flexibility workouts).
If you completed the SBR Challenge, the SCF Challenge, or both last week
(March 11-17), please post a comment indicating which challenges you
completed. Your results will be added to our tracking sheet.

workouts that you plan to attend. This helps us plan, so PLEASE take 1
