Eared Grebe (Hamilton): Bill and Sarah Lamond spotted one off Van Wagners
Beach on September 25.
Eared Grebe (Northumberland): A different individual than the one reported
last week was seen by one of the OFO convention field trips off Owen Point
on September 23.
Eared Grebe (Toronto): Paul Prior found one at Tommy Thompson Park on
September 24.
Buff-breasted Sandpiper (Norfolk): David Bradley reported one from Hastings
Drive on September 24.
Sabine's Gull (Chatham-Kent): Steve Charbonneau photographed one off Erieau
on September 26.
Sabine's Gull (Hamilton): Up to three birds were reported on several days
this week from Van Wagner's Beach.
Sabine's Gull (Niagara): Philip Downey reported one off St. Catherines
September 23.
Franklin's Gull (Chatham-Kent): Steve Charbonneau reported one off Rondeau
PP on September 25.
Franklin's Gull (Lambton): Lucas Foerster photographed one off Lambton
Shores near Kettle Point on September 23.
Arctic Tern (Hamilton): Markus Legzdins photographed one off Van Wagner's
Beach on September 24.
Pacific Loon (Halton) Markus Legzdins reported one off Arkendo Park in
Oakville on September 27.
Neotropic Cormorant (Frontenac): The bird Phil Harvey found at Cataraqui
Bay on August 17 continued to at least September 27.
LITTLE BLUE HERON (Waterloo): Jennifer Fillingham found an immature at
Columbia Lake in Waterloo on September 27 that was seen by many.
YELLOW-CROWNED NIGHT-HERON (Toronto): One bird continued at Colonel Sam
Smith Park this week.
Carolina Wren (TIMISKAMING): Chris Pritchard photographed one in Haileybury
on September 25 that remained until at least September 26.
